Profile

I am interested in computational and quantitative approaches to biomedical research, especially sequence-based protein interaction prediction, multi-omics analysis, structural bioinformatics, and data-driven modeling of complex biological systems.

Research

  • Sequence-based protein interaction prediction, dataset construction, model evaluation, and selected structure-based validation (manuscript in preparation).
  • scRNA-seq and bulk RNA-seq analysis, scRNA-microbiome integrated analysis, differential expression analysis, and visualization.
  • Collaborative oral biomaterials research, including antimicrobial assays, cell experiments, animal-model evaluation, and quantitative data analysis (submitted manuscript; planned co-first authorship, third-listed).
  • Systematic review and meta-analysis of robot-assisted dental implant placement accuracy.
  • Experimental experience in molecular biology, bacterial and mammalian cell culture, antimicrobial assays, animal models, and quantitative data analysis.
